The Village of Bedford Park Police Department will accept a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in person, via mail, electronic mail, and/or fax. We encourage the use of the FOIA request form provided for each request, but it is not required by law.
Pursuant to Illinois statute, the Village of Bedford Park Police Department shall grant or deny a non-commercial request for public records within five (5) business days after receipt of the request.
There is no fee for the first 50 black/white pages (letter or legal size) requested. The fee for any page thereafter shall cost 15 cents per page.
