ONLINE PAYMENT
The fastest and easiest way to pay your Notice is to pay online. Go to www.ViolationInfo.com and log on with your Notice # and PIN shown in the red box on the “Notice Of Violation” mailing you received. Click the Pay button. There may be a convenience / service fee for this service.

PAYMENT BY MAIL
Mail your check or money order (payable to the Village of Bedford Park) in the enclosed envelope with the coupon printed at the bottom of the reverse side of the “Notice Of Violation”. DO NOT MAIL CASH . Be sure to put the Notice # on the face of your payment. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at 1-866-790-4111.
PAYMENT IN PERSON
You may deposit payments in the drop box at the Bedford Park Village Hall, 6701 S. Archer Road, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
VIEW YOUR IMAGES AND VIDEO
The recorded images and video will be submitted as evidence in the Bedford Park Municipal Court proceeding for prosecution of the violation. You may view your images and video online at www.ViolationInfo.com
. You will need your Notice # and PIN that is printed on the “Notice Of Violation”.
ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING
If you wish to challenge the Notice of Violation you must request an administrative hearing by signing the coupon located on the “Notice Of Violation” and mail it in the enclosed envelope. You must return this request no later than the due date printed on the “Notice Of Violation”. You will receive a letter with your court date and time. You must appear on the date and time referenced on the letter. If you are not a resident of Bedford Park, IL you may contest the violation without attending the ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING. You will be notified by mail of the outcome.
ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING BY MAIL
If you would like to contest the violation without attending the administrative hearing, you must fill out the Declaration of Non-Liability and submit any and all documentary evidence. You will be notified by mail of the outcome. The recorded images constitute prima facie evidence of a violation. All documents must be received prior to the date on the front of the notice.
OTHER
If, at the time and place of the violation, ownership of the motor vehicle had been transferred or the license plate captured by the Recorded Image was stolen, the Owner may submit information to that effect by affidavit and mail it prior to the Due Date on the front of the “Notice Of Violation”. You may obtain the form from www.ViolationInfo.com. You will need your Notice # and PIN printed on the front of the “Notice Of Violation”. Mail the completed affidavit to:
